No. PrepDoc AI is a personalized research aggregation tool — it matches your profile against published peer-reviewed research and presents what the science says. It never prescribes, diagnoses, or recommends treatments. Every item cites published studies. The doctor visit questions are framed as informed patient inquiries that defer to your physician's judgment. Always consult your doctor before making any changes.
What are the "two AIs" and why two?
+
We use Claude (by Anthropic) and Grok (by xAI). Two AIs are better than one for the same reason two doctors are better than one — they catch different things, weigh evidence differently, and challenge each other's conclusions. In Round 1, they analyze independently. In Round 2, each reviews the other's findings. In Round 3, consensus builds. Where they disagree, you see both arguments with citations. Nothing is hidden.
What happens when the two AIs disagree?
+
You see both sides. When Claude and Grok reach different conclusions about a supplement or peptide, the Areas of Difference section shows each AI's position with its supporting citations and confidence level. This is one of the most valuable parts of the report — it surfaces the items where the research itself is genuinely debated, so you can bring those specific questions to your doctor with both perspectives in hand.
What's included for free?
+
Everyone gets a beautifully organized regimen PDF — your complete medications, supplements, hormones, and peptides categorized with research-based timing notes, interaction flags, and an optimized daily schedule. This is free, no credit card required. You also see a teaser showing how many findings the analysis produced.
What does the $29 unlock include?
+
Your full Wellness Report: high-value research matches, supplements you probably don't need (the money-saving section), areas where the AIs disagree, emerging research relevant to your profile, interaction safety flags, 4–8 personalized questions for your doctor, and 5 follow-up Q&A questions you can use within 30 days. Every answer runs through the full dual-AI analysis.
How do the follow-up Q&A questions work?
+
These aren't chatbot responses. Each follow-up question you ask runs through the full dual-AI debate — Claude and Grok independently analyze your question against your stored Wellness Report, review each other's answers, and merge into a single cited response. It's the same depth as the original analysis, applied to your specific question. You get 5 questions within 30 days with the $29 unlock, or 5 questions per month with the $99/year membership.
What happens after my 30-day Q&A window expires?
+
Your Wellness Report, regimen PDF, and all Q&A history remain fully accessible — nothing disappears. You just can't ask new follow-up questions. If you want to keep asking questions, upload new bloodwork, or generate updated reports, the $99/year annual membership gives you 5 questions per month, unlimited new reports, and historical tracking that compares results over time.
What file formats can I upload?
+
Anything common: phone photos (JPEG/PNG) of supplement bottles or handwritten lists, PDFs of bloodwork or pharmacy printouts, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets. Our AI parses all formats automatically. You don't need to specify what you're uploading — just drop it in.
Do I need to upload bloodwork?
+
No — bloodwork is optional. You can run the full analysis with just your supplements, medications, and health profile. But if you have recent lab results, uploading them makes the analysis significantly deeper. The AIs can flag supplement-lab interactions, identify markers that support or contradict your current regimen, and generate more targeted doctor visit questions. If you have bloodwork available, it's worth the extra minute to upload it.
How long does it take?
+
The questionnaire takes 4–6 minutes. After you submit, your free organized regimen PDF is ready in about a minute — and the purchase button appears alongside it, so there's no waiting to buy. The full Wellness Snapshot builds over the next several minutes as the AIs complete their three rounds of analysis. The detailed report with downloadable PDF typically finishes within 10–15 minutes. You'll see real-time progress as each round completes. This isn't a quick chatbot answer — it's two AIs independently analyzing your data, debating each other, and building consensus across published research. The depth is the point.
What about peptides?
+
PrepDoc AI includes a peptide research library — the only personalized wellness platform that does. Peptides are presented as research entries with published citations, always clearly labeled as prescription compounds. Many peptides will appear in the Emerging Research section given the pre-clinical nature of much peptide research. Every peptide entry includes the note: "This is a prescription compound — discuss with your healthcare provider."
What is the "Emerging Research" section?
+
This section surfaces supplements, drugs, or peptides with early-stage research that's relevant to your profile but doesn't yet meet the strict evidence threshold for our main categories. Every item is clearly labeled PRELIMINARY, includes the type of evidence (in-vitro, animal model, Phase I trial, etc.), and carries the mandatory note: "This is early-stage research — discuss with your healthcare provider before considering." It's visually separated from established evidence so you never confuse the two.
Will this work for my specific health situation?
+
PrepDoc AI analyzes supplements, medications, hormones, peptides, and bloodwork for adults. It covers a wide range of health profiles including chronic conditions, autoimmune issues, hormone therapy, and complex multi-supplement regimens. However, it is not designed for emergency symptoms, mental health crisis support, pediatric use, pregnancy, or veterinary use. If your profile includes any of these, the system will let you know. For everything else, the more detail you provide in the questionnaire and uploads, the more specific and useful your analysis will be.
Can I update my data later?
+
With the $99/year membership, yes — upload new bloodwork anytime, add or remove supplements, and get a refreshed analysis. Your historical data is tracked so the AI can identify trends and generate questions like "My [marker] was X last year and is now Y — what might explain this shift?"
Can I get a refund?
+
All purchases are final. The $29 unlock and the $99/year membership are non-refundable. For annual members, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard — cancellation stops the next renewal but doesn't end your current paid period early. You keep full access through the end of the year you paid for.
Is my health data secure?
+
Yes. Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared with third parties. We don't sell your information. Uploaded files are processed by the AI and then stored only for your account access. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
How is this different from doing it myself with AI?
+
You could open any AI chatbot and start asking about your supplements. Most people who try this spend an hour or more crafting questions, get inconsistent answers, and have no way to verify what's real. Here's what PrepDoc AI does differently:
Dual-AI consensus: Two independent AIs analyze your data and then debate each other. A single AI agreeing with itself doesn't catch its own blind spots. Ours do.
Purpose-built prompts: Our system prompts encode 30+ years of domain expertise, enforce strict citation requirements, mandate interaction checking, and require confidence scoring on every item. These aren't generic questions — they're precision-engineered instructions that took months to develop. You'd never write them yourself, and no chatbot comes with them built in.
Structured output: Our guided questionnaire, file parsing, and report format are designed specifically for this use case. What takes PrepDoc AI minutes to organize, analyze, and cite would take you an hour of back-and-forth — and you'd still miss things.
Citation accountability: Every item in our report must cite a real published study. No citation, no inclusion. Most AI tools will confidently present information without any source, and they're known to fabricate references when asked for them.
Who built this?
+
PrepDoc AI was built by David Resnick after more than 30 years navigating the supplement, peptide, and longevity space — including years working with elite longevity physicians charging $8,000+ annually. The problem was always the same: you'd walk into your doctor's office to discuss multiple lab tests, some handwritten notes, and what you hoped was a complete list of your supplements and medications. But there was never enough time to get through all the tests and discuss supplements and all the other questions you needed answers for. PrepDoc AI is the tool he wished existed — two AIs that independently analyze your supplements, medications, and health data against published research, debate their findings, and deliver a clear report on what you are taking, and what questions you should ask your doctor before you walk through the door.
